Tips
Confetti balloons can be inflated with either air or helium. When inflating with helium blow a few puffs of air into the balloon, then inflate.
When using helium and balloon doesn't float or go transparent, there isn't enough helium, add a little more.
To disperse confetti or glitter, create static energy by rubbing the balloon with an item of clothing (preferably a scarf or wool jumper). Then roll the balloon around for ultimate confetti dispersing.

Returns

that sometimes things don't work out. If you need to return or exchange an
item, no worries! Just fill out our form within 30 days of your purchase.
If the item is unopened and unused, we're happy to offer you a refund or
exchange. However, we can't accept returns for custom orders or sale
items.
Keep in mind that if you change your mind and want to return something,
you'll need to cover the cost of shipping it back to us. Sorry about that!
We don't offer refunds on postage unless for whatever reason, they arrive
damaged or faulty.
