We want you to love everything you buy from our party shop, but we know that sometimes things don't work out. If you need to return or exchange an item, no worries! Just fill out our form within 30 days of your purchase.

If the item is unopened and unused, we're happy to offer you a refund or exchange. However, we can't accept returns for custom orders or sale items.

Keep in mind that if you change your mind and want to return something, you'll need to cover the cost of shipping it back to us. Sorry about that! We don't offer refunds on postage unless for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty.
