We are located in the beautiful seaside town of Hervey Bay, Queensland.
Do you have a brick & motor location?
At this time we are an online-only store with no retail shopfront.
Do you offer wholesale or industry discounts?
Currently, we offer the best retail price on our entire product range for all customers. However, we do love working with industry customers such as cake decorators and event stylists and are more than happy to offer industry discounts. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via Paypal, Visa or Mastercard and Afterpay.
Do you ship within Australia and internationally?
We sure do. We offer flat rate shipping costs for all parcels within Australia.

How long does it take to process my order?
We ship all orders within 1 business day.

I need my order urgently, do you offer Express Postage?
If you require your order urgently we offer an express post option. We also suggest using our express post option if you require your order by a certain date as express parcels are prioritised by Australia Post. Whilst we are extremely efficient in dispatching orders, we are reliant on the Australia Post network to deliver your order and thus can not guarantee delivery dates of orders.

How will my order be packed?
We use various forms of packaging, including but not limited to boxes, compostable postage satchels, tissue paper and air-filled bubble packaging (our air-filled bubble packaging is reused from our orders that we receive, this is a small part of our effort to cut down on environmental waste)
Can I track my order?
You certainly can! Once your order has been shipped you will receive 2 emails. One from us confirming shipment and your tracking number, and another from Australia Post.

Can I pick up my order?
At this stage we offer standard and express postage options only, however, if you are in the local Hervey Bay and wish to collect, an arrangement can be confirmed via email.

No, all our balloons are sent flat and require inflation.

Will my balloon colours match your pictures?
It's important to note that un-inflated balloon colours can look completely different and will need to be inflated to accurately represent the intended colour. However, even after inflation, colours and shades can still be subjective and perceived differently by different people. The appearance of balloons can also vary depending on the lighting conditions they are viewed under, such as indoors versus outdoors or under different types of artificial lighting. Furthermore, the way a balloon appears on one screen may not be the same as how it appears on another screen due to differences in display settings and colour calibration. While we make every effort to accurately depict the colours of our balloons, it's impossible to anticipate everyone's interpretation of a shade. We recommend that customers keep these factors in mind when making their purchase, and understand that our balloons may appear slightly lighter or darker than advertised. In some cases, intricate designs may have colours that are not explicitly listed under the balloon description, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
